Athletics West is pleased to announce the Country Athletics Championships are set for Bunbury, home of the Bunbury and Districts Little Athletics Centre!

The 2025 Country Athletics Championships are set for the 10-12th of January and are expected to attract more than 350 athletes!

Championship Information

The 2025 WA Country Athletics Championships will be held from the 10th to the 12th of January. The Country Athletics Championships offer opportunities for athletes aged from 5 to 100 years of age with several open age Championship events, including the 100m, 400m, 800, Long Jump and Shot Put. Athletes aged 14 years and over can register to compete through the registration portal which will open soon. The top three placegetters will be awarded medals.

Athletics West proudly delivers the 2025 Country Athletics Championships in partnership with the Bunbury and Districts Little Athletics Centre, City of Bunbury, Healthway and their Go for 2&5 message, the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries, Kumon, Keep on Running, and the Bibbulmun Fund powered by Fremantle Foundation.
