LATE ENTRIES

Late entries are taken solely on the availability of a vacant position. There are no guarantees of positions in events for late entrants and the number of available positions in an event will be determined at the complete discretion of Athletics West, in line with timetabling considerations and lane availability.

If no entries are received for an event by the closing date, this event will be removed from the program and no late entries will be accepted.

Late entries will be accepted through an online portal from 12:00pm Monday 28 October, until 12:00pm Wednesday 30 October. The online portal will provide the number of positions available and late entries will be taken on a first come, first serve basis. Upon opening the late entry portal, Athletics West will also post a list of events that are closed and subsequently no further entries will be accepted for these events.

Where a position is still available, late entries will also be accepted in person at the Technical Information Centre (TIC) from 4:30pm on Friday 1 November 2024. Late entries for each event will close 45 minutes prior to the commencement of the event.

Late entries incur a cost of $40 per event plus the Championship Entry fee if not already paid.
