ELIGIBILITY

For the 2000m race, participants must be a minimum of 10 years old.

For the 5000m race, participants must be a minimum of 14 years old.

ENTRIES

Tickets available through the regristration are for individual entries.

For group entries please email mary@athleticswest.com.au the 'Group Entry Form' found below and Athletics West will provide a discounted price for group entries depending on the group size.

Group size eligibility: 6 participants or more

SEEDED TIMES/QUALIFYING TIMES

Participants will be organised into heats based on their seeded times submitted at registration. If participants do not have a seeded time, simply add in the desired completion time. Timings will allow Athletics West to organise participants into similar heats to challenge participants in reaching a personal best.

Late Entries

Late entries will be available on the day at the Technical Information Centre/Tent (TIC). 

Please note that late entry price will be $20 and no discount will be given for group entries.

UNIFORMS / FOOTWEAR

There are no restrictions in the attire worn.

PRIZE MONEY

Athletics West are pleased to announce that there will Prize money awarded to the fastest female and male participant over the 5000m race from the entire night. Please note there is NO prize money awarded for the 2000m race.
