Athletics West are hosting three Para Training Sessions to help promote ways people can get active. Whether you want to have fun, make friends and be active or have Paralympic aspirations, athletics has something for everyone.
The sessions will see Para coaches, athletes and community partners assist participants in trying forms of modified athletics activities and provide information about how to become involved. Athletics West will also deliver provisional classification opportunities for anyone that is interested.
The sessions are free and open to anyone that identifies as having a disability or impairment, either physical, intellectual or both. Please note that a medical diagnosis is not required to participate in these sessions.
Parking and entry: There are several car parks available at the WA Athletics Stadium, including ACROD parking bays. Entry is through the main reception on the ground level of the WA Athletics Stadium.
