AUSTRALIAN MASTERS GAMES
It’s Play Time in Perth!
The athletics program for these games have been organised by Athletics West and Masters WA.
We welcome competitors, accompanying guests and especially officials and volunteers without whom these Games would be impossible to stage.
We welcome you in the best spirit of friendly rivalry, we hope you meet new challenges, make new friends, and enjoy the hospitality Perth and Western Australia has to offer.

Training at the WA Athletics Stadium
The WA Athletics Stadium is open for training from Monday - Thursday 3.00pm - 7.30pm (closed Friday 22 April). Athletes are not able to train at the venue during competition.
Personal Throwing Equipment
Personal throwing equipment must be submitted to the Technical Manager to the Technical Room (at the end of the grandstand closest to the 100m start line) for approval for competition at least one hour prior to the event. Personal throwing equipment must be available to all competitors for general use during the event.
Personal Throwing implements can also be submitted to the Athletics West office (Aisle 8, Level 1, WA Athletics Stadium) between 9am - 4pm on Friday 22 April, or during the Games as above.
Track and Field events (WA Athletics Stadium) - Sign-in and bib collection
All competitors are required to collect their bib numbers before marshalling for their events. These will be available one hour before the first event of each competition day at the Technical Information Centre (TIC) located at the north end of the track (finish line end). Out of Stadia (Perry Lakes Reserve, Floreat)
Athletes who are only competing in Out of Stadia events (Cross Country, Road Walk, Street Mile) can collect their bib from the sign in desk at Perry Lakes Reserve. These will be available one hour before the first event. Athletes who competed in Track & Field events must retain their bib number for out of stadia competition.
