TEAM ANNOUNCEMENT | 2024 AUSTRALIAN CROSS COUNTRY CHAMPIONSHIPS

Athletics West is delighted to announce a 92-athlete strong team set to depart to Tasmania for the 2024 Chemist Warehouse Australian Cross Country Championships.
The Championships will see WA’s best go head-to-head with some of Nation’s top cross-country runners to see who will be crowned the 2024 Champion.
WA’s impressive 2024 team will be looking to add to last year's solid results. In 2023 the selected team achieved two gold and two bronze individual medals alongside one silver and two bronze team medals.
Athletes who placed in the top 12 of their age categories at the State Cross Country Championships were invited to nominate for the team to represent WA at this year's event.
The team will depart Perth on Thursday 29th August, with the cross-country championships taking place on Saturday the 31st of August, followed by the Mixed Relay Championships on Sunday the 1st of September at the Symmons Plains Raceway in Tasmania.
