Athletics is supported by volunteer officials Australia-wide. As a growing sport throughout Australia, competitions are only achievable through volunteer support. To enable the continued development of athletics in WA, a greater volunteer presence is needed. The opportunity to officiate at Athletics West competitions will provide you with a broad and in-depth experience in all disciplines of the sport.

Officiating at Athletics West competitions is flexible. Officials can attend as many or as few events based on their circumstances. Even if you are only able to come to one or two events per year or help out once a month, there is an opportunity for you to be a part of the West Australian Athletics community.
